While we’re proud of our PAP+ Whitening Strips and the results they bring, we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused, unopened, and sealed in its original packaging

It must be in resalable condition

You must provide valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted due to hygiene and safety reasons.
