At PureSmile, we believe in products that deliver confidence and care. While we’re proud of our PAP+ Whitening Strips and the results they bring, we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. This policy outlines everything you need to know about how we handle returns and refunds—with clarity, fairness, and respect for your time.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and sealed in its original packaging

  • It must be in resalable condition

  • You must provide valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted due to hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

All returns must be initiated via email to our support team at: support@puresmileae.com

Once your request is reviewed:

  • You’ll receive return approval

  • We’ll provide you with step-by-step return instructions

  • In eligible cases, a return shipping label may be issued

Please do not ship any product without first contacting us. Items returned without prior approval will not be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used whitening strips

  • Items not in their original sealed packaging

  • Sale items or promotional giveaways

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out—we’re happy to clarify.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you’d like to exchange a product:

  1. Initiate a return using the above process

  2. Once approved and refunded, you may place a new order

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us within 48 hours at support@puresmileae.com
Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the issue

We’ll resolve the matter as quickly and fairly as possible.

 

 

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please note:

  • Banks and credit card providers may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@puresmileae.com
