Right of Return and Exchange
In accordance with UAE consumer protection law, you have the right to return or exchange products purchased electronically within seven (7) working days from the date of receipt, provided that:
- The product is in its original condition and packaging
- The product has not been used or damaged
- All tags, labels, and accessories are intact
- You provide proof of purchase
The following products are excluded from return or exchange unless defective:
- Products that expire or deteriorate quickly
- Personalized or custom-made products

Defective Products

Price Discounts
If we offer a discount on any product or service within seven (7) days of your purchase, you are entitled to a refund of the price difference. Please contact us with your order details to claim this refund.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery
We deliver to all Emirates within the UAE. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout.

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.
Risk and Title
Once we transfer products to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. However, we remain responsible for delivering the product in accordance with your order.
Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address information provided by you, you may be charged for redelivery. If you refuse delivery or cannot be reached after multiple attempts, we reserve the right to cancel your order and apply restocking fees.
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, force majeure, or events outside our reasonable control.

Product Warranties
All products sold by PureSmile AE come with the warranties required by UAE consumer protection law, including:

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and PureSmile AE, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with PureSmile AE.

You and PureSmile AE consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services.
